MDD 5250 Multi-Systems Course

Prerequisites: MDD 5110, MDD 5120, MDD 5130, MDD 5140, MDD 5150, MDD 5160, MDD 5210, MDD 5220, MDD 5230, MDD 5240

The multi-system course serves as a capstone for phase I of the curriculum. Students will experience enhanced integration and knowledge synthesis from all previous courses. This course provides the students an opportunity to apply foundational science and clinical concepts to integrated patient cases and draw links between different organ systems in a way which is more reflective to whole person care. During this course, students will engage in an evidence-based curriculum that includes small group cases, board style integrated questions, clinical simulation, and independent learning.
