Prerequisites: PHM 6303, PHM 6305, PHM 6306 Corequisites: PHM 6324, PHM 6326

This course develops skills pharmacists need by engaging in patient case scenarios of increasing complexity. Students integrate all aspects of pharmaceutical care in a simulated practice environment to complete comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs). Additionally, successful completion of this course will result in the achievement of the APhA Delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Services Certificate.
