This course develops skills pharmacists need by engaging in patient case scenarios of increasing complexity. Students integrate all aspects of pharmaceutical care to apply their therapeutics knowledge and pharmaceutical care skills to patient profile review, clinical problem-solving, patient counseling/teaching, inter-professional communication, and clinical intervention documentation.
