This course is a continuation of the concepts of health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management begun in NUR 5610 and NUR 5630. Emphasis is on thorough assessment, physical and mental health exam, differential diagnosis, refined diagnostic reasoning, and plan of care for individuals with complex chronic conditions and multiple co-morbidities.
