NPL 6040 Governance in Non Profit Organizations

This course will examine principles and practice of highly effective governance along with current trends and developments in the governance of nonprofit organizations. The course will cover such topics as: Board selection and management, governance leadership structures, legal duties, relationship to the executive director and the staff, and its role in securing the future of the organization it governs.
