MUE 5030 Principles of Music Learning

Using principles from Neuroscience, Pedagogy, Patterns in Learning, Memory, and Motivation, the focus of this course will be how to design instruction in harmony with how the brain learns. This course will focus on current principles and theories for how humans acquire and retain information. This course will also look at historic trends in education, preserve best practices, and illuminate enduring myths.
