PHM 6302 Pharmacy Law

Students survey federal and state (emphasis on Tennessee) laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy. Students will acquire an understanding of the laws (including federal and Tennessee), regulations (including federal agencies such as the FDA, DEA, and HHS) and rules (including NABP and the state board) that are all necessary to perform the duties of a licensed pharmacist and ensure the health and well-being of the patients served.
