This course presents an introductory overview of higher education administration, governance structure, and leadership. This course is designed to investigate the contextual challenges facing institutions of higher education, academic organizations, the intersections of local, state, and federal governments and their impact on higher education. Additionally, this course explores the construction and implementation of institutional core values, mission, and vision.
