EDL 6075 College Student Success

This course presents an introduction to research based leadership practices that influence college student success in higher education. This includes leadership practices and institutional support related to campus culture, sense of belonging, data driven decision-making, student centered policies, transformative pedagogies, student well-being, student engagement, student success centers, and high impact practices. This course is designed to help students connect theory to practice, understand evolving student needs on campus, and how to effectively lead in this context.
