PHM 6321 Pharmacy Skills 6

This course teaches and assesses the skills necessary for the provision of pharmaceutical care. Emphasis will be placed on skills related to treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases and treatment of patients in the acute care setting. Students will also complete professional development activities and participate in an Impact Week to enhance skills complementary to those taught in formal classroom settings with a specific focus on professionalism and communication. Students will also be assessed on their knowledge of fundamental drugs.
