LAW 6351 Bar Refresher I

This course is designed to prepare students for the writing portions of the required professional licensing exam required for graduates to be admitted to practice law in each state. The primary focus of the course will be to refresh legal analysis and writing skills introduced in Legal Information and Communication and practiced in doctrinal courses and practicum classes throughout law school. Students will be provided with bar exam techniques and opportunities for practice across a variety of legal tasks expected of new lawyers. In addition to regular writing practice, the course will include graded essay and performance task examinations throughout the course.
