In this second module in a four-course sequence on Leading with Purpose, aspiring leaders will be exposed to the Compass in Leadership Framework and focus on the theme of the candidate’s Leadership Edge. With a reflective focus on the limits of a leader’s developed worldview, this course will assist students in expanding the frontiers of developmental leadership.
