LAW 6540 Election Law

This course will address the constitutional aspect of election law, including applicable laws regarding voting and voting rights, legal status of political parties, campaign finance laws, the electoral college, and redistricting. This upper level elective is intended to teach students about the constitutional basis for voting and voting rights in the United States and the various laws that surround the voting process and conducting of elections.
