MHC 6402 Sustainability & Development

Prerequisites: MHC 5570 Â 

Leadership in the world now requires participant leaders and innovative connection making. In order to have sustainable organizations, built by and for humans to thrive toward multi layered goals, reciprocity between sustainability and economic viability are needed. This course will examine how social innovation is built upon this systemic reciprocity whether in an organization, business, community, eco-system or government. The course builds upon the programmatic emphasis on justice in decision-making, further pointing toward program design and innovative leadership which creates nimble responses to complex problems. Formerly listed as CTM 6402.
