MUE 5340 Orff Pedagogy III: Basic Concepts

Corequisites: This course should be taken concurrently with Orff Pedagogy III: Laboratory.

Level III includes a critical look at the pedagogical attributes of Orff-Schulwerk’s contribution to music and movement. All levels of Schulwerk’s three components and comprehension of Schulwerk’s application to the discipline of music and other art forms are developed. Level III includes an extended practicum.
