PHM 6996 Special Topics in Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience - Pharmacotherapy

Prerequisites: completion of P3 curriculum with a minimum GPA of 2.3.

This course will provide opportunities for the student pharmacist to engage in the practice of pharmaceutical care in either the outpatient or inpatient settings, emphasizing drug therapy management and continuity of care. Students will gain experience in the delivery of pharmaceutical care to diverse populations presenting with varied and complex health problems.
