This course will focus on advancing knowledge, skills, and abilities in identifying health care disparities and underserved populations, overcoming barriers to delivery of medication therapy, cultural sensitivity in patient encounters, management of disease states encountered in underserved populations, and the pharmacists’ role as a public health advocate/professional.
