This course will focus on expanding knowledge of management of pharmacy personnel using human and organizational behavior and management theory, identifying business metrics to manage systems, developing leadership skills through advocacy of public policy as it relates to management as well as pharmacy practice, and developing the ability to navigate complex health systems.
