NUR 6232 DNP Project 2

Prerequisites: NUR 6132

In this course, students implement their proposed DNP projects using evidence-based and/or theoretical frameworks, demonstrating leadership in managing project implementation while collaborating with key partners. The course emphasizes the importance of change management, team dynamics, ethical decision-making, and accurate and effective data collection to evaluate project outcomes. Students will also begin developing dissemination strategies to optimize project impact and sustainability. Grade is pass/fail.
