Prerequisites: BSA 6650
This course provides an in-depth exploration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), focusing on techniques and applications relevant to today’s data-driven society. Students will learn about the data mining process, data collection, exploration and pre-processing, regression models, decision trees, neural networks, ensemble modeling, document classification, sentiment analysis, correlations, clustering, and the differences between supervised and unsupervised learning. The course also emphasizes hands-on learning and real-world applications.
