ETM 5300 Innovation & Creative Confidence 3 Hours
Explores the principles and practices of creativity and the creative process. The course will cover a variety of topics, including the psychology of creativity, the role of inspiration and motivation, methods for generating and evaluating ideas, and strategies for fostering a culture of innovation within organizations. Students will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on exercises and real-world projects to develop their own creative skills and build their creative confidence. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and group work, students will learn to think outside the box and develop the tools they need to generate and implement innovative ideas in their personal and professional lives.
