This course explores examines leadership history, theories, and processes, as well as opportunities and challenges presented to the 21st century leader. Students will reflect on their strengths and weaknesses as leaders, and consider the types of leaders they want to be. In short, a goal of this course is to equip students to understand leadership in depth and practice it effectively for life.Â
