B.S. in Neuroscience
The neuroscience program is an integrated curriculum devoted to the study of the mind and brain. Students who complete this program are well prepared for entry into graduate schools in neuroscience, psychology, or cognitive studies, or entry-level careers as laboratory scientists in pharmaceuticals or basic research.

BELL Core Requirements: 53 Hours (minimum)
The following math and science courses are required for the major
(Hours Counted in BELL Core):
Major Requirements: 38-43 Hours
Neuroscience Requirements: 5 Hours
Psychology Requirements: 7 Hours
Biology Requirement: 3 Hours
Chemistry and Physics Requirements: 12 Hours
Research requirements: 7-8 Hours
In addition, students doing research in Biology should take BIO 3700 Biological Research I
Major Electives and Research Requirements: 16 Hours
