Instructional Design & Innovation, M.S.

The Master of Science in Instructional Design & Innovation is a fully online, program designed to prepare professionals to design, develop, and lead effective, inclusive learning experiences across education, business, healthcare, and nonprofit contexts. Grounded in learning science, human-centered design, and ethical technology integration, the program emphasizes applied, project-based learning through an Innovation Studio model in which students create professional design artifacts and build a cohesive portfolio. Graduates are prepared for roles such as instructional designer, learning experience designer, e-learning developer, curriculum specialist, or learning strategist, as well as for further graduate study in instructional design or learning sciences.
