Doctor of Pharmacy - Year 2
Curricular Concentration in Year 2
During Year Two, all pharmacy students will have the opportunity to declare an academic concentration in one of four areas: Advanced Pharmacotherapy, Health Care Informatics, Management, and Missions/Public Health.
Prior to graduation, students who declare an academic concentration must 1) complete at least four (4) elective didactic courses within that concentration, 2) focus their experiential learning activity for PHM 6330 Pharmacy Practice Experience IV within the chosen concentration, and 3) complete at least two (2) elective Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences in the chosen concentration.
With assistance from a faculty advisor, students will identify an academic concentration and review coursework within that concentration and the potential elective offerings that satisfy the requirements for graduation.
