The BA or BS with a major in Media & Entertainment Industries (ETM) is designed for individuals seeking knowledge about and desiring to develop skills within the global media- and entertainment- related industries. Graduates of this program will likely pursue employment or advancement within the creative, content development, managerial, and promotional sectors of video games, television, film, music radio, books and other media and entertainment-related industries. Our mission is clear: to prepare future leaders who will shape the ever-evolving landscape of the media & entertainment industries. BELL Core Requirements: 53 Hours (minimum)
Technical Requirements
Technical Requirements are courses identified by the program as required courses and will count in the BELL Core or as General Electives.
Media & Entertainment Department Core: 9 Hours
Professional Foundation: 21 Hours
ETM Electives: 12 Hours
Any JRN, MDS, ETM, MBU, PUB electives
Minor Requirement: 18 Hours
General Electives: 15 Hours (minimum)
Total Required for the Program: 128 Hours
