The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management integrates service management principles, marketing techniques, financial management strategies, and servant leadership skill development focused within a variety of Hospitality and Tourism industries. Courses provide students with the knowledge and experiences needed in understanding current industry trends and application based on hands-on projects focused on several aspects of hospitality and tourism. Students are prepared for career opportunities within hospitality and tourism industries including attraction management, conference & event management, food & beverage management, destination & tourism management, and resort & lodging management.
