This course focuses on the skills and knowledge needed by the physical therapist to effectively fulfill supervisory and management roles in the health care setting. Concepts of management theory, organizational behavior, time management, quality and outcomes, medical malpractice, resource needs analysis, financial management, risk management, strategic planning, human resource management, and supervisory skills are included.
