WEL 2024 Weight Training for Women

This course is an introduction to weight training to help students increase their muscular strength and muscular endurance. The desired outcome is to create a classroom environment that inspires students to participate in physical activity for a lifetime and to gain appropriate knowledge as it pertains to the basic fundamentals and principles of weight training. Through the use of weight training, the majority of students will develop agility, balance, a better self-image, and goal setting techniques.
