CSC 2030 Networking

This course is designed to provide students with an immersive introduction to the structural components of computer networks, layered architectures, loosely- coupled computer communications, network services and protocols. Students will explore the underlying design principles of computer networks, network models and analyze network performance using software monitoring tools . Topics will include: network topologies, router architectures, network-aware applications, content dissemination systems, network security, and performance issues.
