Do you know what it takes to succeed as a leader in business today? The answer may surprise you, and this course will help you prepare. Over the semester you will gain the critical skills needed to rapidly adapt. To succeed in business today means to be able to manage yourself, your story and relationships. You will learn how to develop your personal brand, manage conflict, persuade others, tell stories in a business context and manage your emotional intelligence. You will learn how to communicate effectively and efficiently in what you say and how you write. The course will include both Individual work and teamwork.
