Illustration is visual storytelling that reflects and serves culture with the power to inform and enlighten diverse audiences where they live, work and play. Through advertising, animation, books, and games, the art is ever-present throughout our lives. And in our increasingly visual world, the demand for illustration has never been greater.

BELL Core Requirements: 38 Hours (minimum)
Technical Requirements:
Technical Requirements are courses identified by the program as required courses and will count in the BELL Core or as General Electives.
Required in Major: 80 Hours
Required Art Foundation: 15 Hours
Required Major Courses: 47 Hours (minimum)
Digital Design Elective: 6 Hours
Select two courses from the following:
Art and Design Electives: 12 Hours
Select any four ART courses (except ART 2000 )
General Electives: 10 Hours (minimum)
Total Required for the Program: 128 Hours
