MUE 5300 Orff Pedagogy I: Basic Concepts

Corequisites: The course should be taken concurrently with Orff Pedagogy I: Laboratory.

Initial level draws from the three components of Orff-Schulwerk teacher training: experiential, conceptual, and pedagogical. Skills necessary to plan and implement a variety of Orff-Schulwerk music and movement activities are learned working with the materials and procedures of the Orff-Schulwerk instructional model.
